Do I have to process a minimum number of orders per month?

No, there is no minimum requirement. We are specifically geared towards small webshops that are still in the growth phase. However, we always conduct an intake interview to assess whether there is a good match on both sides. During this interview, we discuss your situation, your expectations, and our way of working. This way, you can be sure that fulfillment is right for you now, or perhaps a little later in your growth path.

The costs consist of several components: from receiving to storing your stock, processing orders, packaging, shipping costs, and any returns. Because every webshop is different, we work with customized quotes. To give you an idea: even for small webshops, the step to fulfillment is feasible. Thanks to our economies of scale, you can quickly pay less per order than if you continue to do it yourself!
Yes, almost always. We support most systems such as Shopify, BOL, WooCommerce, Magento, and Lightspeed. The link is established within a short period of time, and orders are automatically forwarded to our system. This means you don’t have to enter anything manually, and everything runs completely automatically.
Returns are part of e-commerce, and we are happy to take care of that for you too. As soon as a customer returns an order, we receive it and, if possible, add it back to your stock. For 20 or more returns per month, we can even check returns according to your instructions, test them, repackage them, and more! You will automatically receive a notification for every return processed, so you always have an overview of the status of your returns without having to do anything yourself. Did you know that we usually process returns within 24-48 hours? Great for you and your customer.

Yes, you will have access to our online portal where you can always view your stock and order statuses in real time. This means you know exactly how much is in stock, which orders are on their way, and what the status of returns is. This gives you peace of mind and a clear overview.

As a smaller customer, you can also have inserts such as flyers added to your order. Unfortunately, custom packaging is only possible for orders of 2,000 or more per month. You can then have your own packing table with branded packaging, your own tape, or promotional additions.
