Do I have to process a minimum number of orders per month?
No, there is no minimum requirement. We are specifically geared towards small webshops that are still in the growth phase. However, we always conduct an intake interview to assess whether there is a good match on both sides. During this interview, we discuss your situation, your expectations, and our way of working. This way, you can be sure that fulfillment is right for you now, or perhaps a little later in your growth path.

Can I view my inventory at any time?
Yes, you will have access to our online portal where you can always view your stock and order statuses in real time. This means you know exactly how much is in stock, which orders are on their way, and what the status of returns is. This gives you peace of mind and a clear overview.
Can I also implement special requests, such as custom packaging or marketing inserts?
As a smaller customer, you can also have inserts such as flyers added to your order. Unfortunately, custom packaging is only possible for orders of 2,000 or more per month. You can then have your own packing table with branded packaging, your own tape, or promotional additions.
What if I suddenly receive many more orders, for example during Black Friday?
No problem. Our system and warehouse are designed to scale effortlessly during peak periods. Whether you have 10 orders per day or suddenly 200, we ensure that everything is processed on time. It is precisely this flexibility that is a major advantage of fulfillment.
